This Privacy Policy explains how Playso Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Playso", "we", "us"), the developer of Wash Quest: Cleaning Simulator, handles information in the Wash Quest mobile game (the "Game") and on the washquest.io website (together, the "Services").

1. Information the Game collects

The Game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, photos or contacts. When you play, the following information may be collected automatically:

  • Identifiers: device and advertising identifiers, such as Apple's IDFA (only if you allow tracking), IDFV, or the Google advertising ID on Android.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the Game, such as levels played, session length, features used and the ads you see or tap.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data, such as device model, operating system version and load times.
  • Purchase information: if you buy something in the Game, we receive a confirmation from the app store so we can deliver it. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.

2. How we use it

  • To run the Game: save your progress, deliver purchases and keep things working.
  • Analytics: understand how players use the Game so we can fix problems and make it more fun.
  • Advertising: show ads in the Game, measure how they perform, and promote Wash Quest in other apps.
  • Safety: prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

3. Advertising and tracking

Wash Quest is free to play and shows ads. Ads are served through AppLovin and the advertising partners in its network (listed in our app-ads.txt file). These partners may receive your device identifiers and usage data to choose which ads to show, limit how often you see them and measure results. If you allow it, this can include personalized ads based on your activity across other companies' apps and websites.

You can control this at any time:

  • iPhone and iPad: when the Game asks, choose "Ask App Not to Track". You can change this later in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. Without permission, your IDFA is not shared.
  • Android: go to Settings, Privacy, Ads (or Google, Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:

  • advertising partners, as described above;
  • service providers that help us run the Services, such as analytics, crash reporting and hosting providers;
  • Apple and Google, to process purchases;
  • authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the safety of our players and the Services.

Some of these partners are located outside your country, including outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. When information is transferred, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Game progress stays on your device unless the Game backs it up.

6. Children

Wash Quest is meant to be fun for everyone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) without parental consent. If you think a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Türkiye's KVKK, the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email team@washquest.io. Please include your device's advertising ID or IDFV if you have it, so we can find your data. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. This website

  • washquest.io does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
  • There are no accounts or forms. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
  • Our hosting provider may keep basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for a short time to keep the site secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
