These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the website at washquest.io and to the Wash Quest mobile game (together, the "Services"). "We", "us" and "our" mean Playso Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, the developer of Wash Quest. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Changes to the Services

We keep improving Wash Quest, so features, content and availability may change over time, and we may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. If you download the game from an app store, that store's own terms also apply.

3. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or exploit the Services except where the law allows it.

4. Virtual items and in-game coins

  • The game may include virtual items and currency (for example coins, soap and other cleaning tools). These have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • You receive a limited license to use virtual items inside the game. You do not own them, and they cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Purchases made with real money are processed by the app store you use (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) under its terms. Refunds are handled by that store and are only available where its rules or the law require.

5. Fair play

Please do not cheat, use bots or exploits, interfere with the Services, or use them for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Our content

The Wash Quest name, logo, artwork, characters, music, code and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending access

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or stop offering the Services, in whole or in part, at any time.
